Get Well Soon
A really good giveaway right in your inbox.
There are a lot of things I love talking about. Fashion, personal style, art, interior design, travel, and pop culture, etc., etc.
But in this moment (I don’t know if it’s Instagram that’s targeting me), I am completely consumed by health and wellness products and gadgets. I’m seeing that a lot of friends are feeling the same. There is so much out there, and it’s so hard to choose or know what things to get. You almost need a personal wellness consultant to help you sift through. I’m a sucker for anything that will help make me feel (or imagine!) like I’m healthier and looking better.
These products aren’t “wellness” in a green-juice, overhaul-your-life way. These are things that have been recommended to me by friends and people in the wellness industry, and, of course, Instagram (I told you I’m a sucker). And by the way, there were many (many, many) things I’ve tried and tested that did not make this list.
And why not also do a GIVEAWAY so you can try a few of my favorites, too?
The first item in my bag of tricks is this LED mask by Jovs. I have tried a few other brands, but this one feels the best (and makes me feel like I’m looking awake). It’s also much more comfortable thanks to its stretchy fabric. Just ask Kim K., who also seems to be a fan and is selling these like hotcakes. One note: let it air out for a couple of days before using it. It has a slight plastic-y smell straight out of the package.
Also included is a month’s supply of Grüns daily gummies, which I can’t get enough of. Everyone in my office is jumping on the bandwagon, too. We’re popping them like office candy, but they’re thankfully not. They’re plant-based gummies to support things like gut health, immunity, energy, and skin. All the things! They taste so good you’ll be tempted to have several packages in a sitting. This is not sponsored, I just genuinely feel like I’m snacking better when I’m taking them. We have no idea if they work, but they sure are good!
We’re also including a HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket for a much-needed at-home reset. This thing has over 2,000 reviews and a bajillion awards. It makes you feel cozy, warm, and sleepy. You just lie down, zip up, sweat it out, and emerge slightly transformed. I think we can all agree that a little transformation (and a nap) is much needed right now. Just close your eyes and imagine palm trees and sand, not snow.
The three items above (Jovs mask, Grüns gummies, and HigherDose blanket) will come with a giant KULE tote, a bundle of our best-selling cotton tees, and a KULE cosmetic case to hold all those damn vitamins. Frankly, these KULE favorites will improve your life, too.
To enter the Wellness Giveaway, subscribe to O BOY on Substack, like this post, and Restack or tag a friend in the comments (make sure it actually links them!). Entry closes March 8th. The winner will be contacted via Substack shortly after 🤍
Below are other wellness thingies I also really love and use that you should check out:
Function Health: This is the most comprehensive bloodwork I’ve ever taken in my life. It gives you a thorough read, with clinical notes and biomarkers to help you figure out which vitamins to take, which foods to eat, and which to avoid. I highly recommend.
Viome: This is kind of a gross concept, but it’s super helpful for providing information about your gut health. I guess this sort of test is the only way to find out…
Libre: A two-week glucose monitor that gives you your glucose score based on everything you eat. You just take a photo and submit it; you don’t have to list or write. It’s so easy to use. The only downside is that it will set off an alarm if you spike, so it is definitely shaming when you eat that bag of candy.
SuppCo: An App that gives you your supplement stack and rates them. This is great for knowing what’s clean and what’s not.
Eight Sleep: I am only a couple of days in. It was recommended by my friend Jessie Randall. It’s a mattress pad that heats and cools based on your body temperature. I love sleep-improving technology, and now I’m obsessed with my daily sleep score (REM, deep sleep, all the things!).
Bellicon Trampoline: I’ve been jumping for the past month, every morning (and sometimes before bed). It gets all of your organs and juices going and flowing.
The Well Drop: Created by my friend and wellness lifestyle expert Amber Berger. She is incredibly well-informed about supplements and products. She reviews all your information and tests (like the aforementioned Function Health, Viome, and Libre) and tells you what to do with it, since it can be incredibly overwhelming. She is the wellness guru. I recommend following her on IG and listening to her Podcast, too.
And because fashion is also wellness in my book, here are some things that also make me feel good ;) One is something I own, one is on my dream wishlist, one I’m planning to get, and one I bought as a gift for a dear friend.

And I also think these Jennifer Alfano coral necklaces are the prettiest and dreamiest summertime accessory. They’re all one-of-a-kind, and I’m obsessed.
xo,
Nikki Kule
